Nah, not normal. One should always be happy
There’s always a reason, it’s often just super buried or convoluted. It’s okay to be sad sometimes, but our brains like to be happy. So if yours isn’t, it’s trying to tell you something needs felt.
Yes it is normal to feel emotions besides happiness. Emotions change constantly and it is ok to feel different ones from the usual. It could just be hormones or a phase. Its not really a big deal if it is just a fleeting emotion.
It’s very normal and I feel ya, as a high school student I feel the same way but accepting sadness can be healthy! I’m not gonna tell you the obvious things like remember you always have someone in your corner etc. but I will tell you that sometimes the best thing you can do is have a big cry
Definitely. Especially if you’re in your teens (or early 20s honestly, although I’m much better now than I was when I was a teenager 😅).
I find myself feeling sad/melancholy for no particular reason quite often. Even though generally speaking I’m a very happy person.
I won’t pretend to know the reason or the science behind it lol.
I find it helpful to have a bunch of little go to things that make me happy. Either little things I keep around me, or songs to listen to, games to play, etc.
But honestly, sometimes it just feels good to let yourself be sad. And I think that’s fine too.

What’s your lifestyle? If you eat well, hit the gym, seek therapy, it makes your life easier. Idc if you are a child or an adult this is mandatory for mental health
I think it can be normal if it’s not constant, and not debilitating. If it’s too much then it’s not normal. I think we all feel that way sometimes. Strive to have a purpose in life, something that wakes you up and gets you moving for the day. That should keep these feelings at bay.
