Involuntary reflex and tensing and a lot of pain. Sometimes you can feel it up your spine and into your stomach and throat. It can cause a vomitting reflex if it’s hard enough.
Don’t remember being kicked, but got hit by a ball once long ago. From what I remember pretty much a sharp pain in the entire lower abdomen and difficulty breathing for a couple of minutes after the hit until the pain faded.
It’s like someone grabbed a chunk of you and ripped it out, but you feel it at your belly button. Cried, nearly puked, and didn’t walk right for a month.
It initially felt like nothing, just the force of being thrown through the air and landing on the ground. Then the pain kicked in and it was the most nauseatingly painful thing I had ever experienced. Then the adrenaline seemed to kick in and it wasn’t so bad but on the way to the hospital as I relaxed the throbbing pain started again. I would have chosen death if that was the only option, but luckily the doctor offered me morphine. Into the arms of a sweet Angel…
After emergency surgery and a couple of weeks in hospital I was good as gold. I was left with one and a half nuts and an indifference to nurses and doctors walking into my room and checking them out. “I guess you want to see my balls?”
For the next 12 months I had a set of nuts to die for, until the swelling eventually subsided. It’s a shame the swelling went down.
It’s bad, not just physical pain that feels like you balls are going to explode but also a kind of hollow sensation that sends a reflex over your body that can make you physically vomit.
It’s a bit like if you really whack your funny bone type of odd physical sensation + pain
It is not really “injury” pain. There are no muscles that get tense. There is no bone surrounding tissue that gets impacted. There is no skin that gets punctured/cut
It is system collapse. Like somebody said – need to shit trough balls
And overwhelming unusual nausea.
And being dizzy and weak and extremely agitated at same time
Like death. I had post surgery drain tubes pulled through my stomach with no painkillers, where i felt the tube rub through my intestines, a severe ankle injury that damaged my ligaments, got few burns, electric shocks, beaten by secret police and many, many more painful experiences, and i would rather have that done to me 8h a day, 7 days a week, than get hit in the balls again.
I’m a strong believer that many guys over react to getting hit in the nuts. Yes, it can be BRUTAL and it can make you physically ill, but not every time. Sometimes it isn’t force that makes it hurt the most, but sometimes it is the angle or the way it is hit. Kind of like your funny bone, it isn’t always the hardest hit, but hitting the perfectly wrong angle that can hurt in the worst way.
Once , as a child, I was playing air hockey and I jumped to reach and hit the puck. On my decent, my scrotum hit the corner of the table, not so much hurting my testicles, but more making impact on my perineum. I remember that pain felt like having the wind knocked out of me as well as that nauseated feeling.
I was hospitalised with food poisoning recently, and the feeling was similar in that it was a sharp pain in my stomach, but it wasn’t as severe as getting hit in the balls. I’d take hospital from food poisoning over hospital from nut shot 100%.
Story about the worst testical pain I’ve had in recent times.
When I got a vasectomy, the surgeon said I had a really thick vas, and he had to dig in to grab it. He had to squeeze tightly. Through the whole procedure, I was fine. It was pretty easy tbh. I chatted to the nurses. The first nut was a bit of a sting but no real pain. This second one, with the thick vas – when he squeezed, it was sore. Then painful. Then excruciating. I went oh oh oh ow ow ow AAAAHHHHHHHH. Think I accidentally hurt the nurse’s hand. She was a darling and held my hand the whole time, hahaha
I’d have no reservations about recommending a vasectomy to others, even if they were worried about the pain. But I have put parentheses around this with my experience. Basically, if you can cope with the pain of potentially getting slapped in the nuts once, then you’ll be fine.
I know plenty of men who would choose not to have a vasectomy if that pain was in their future.
I’m amazed that so many people are so bad at explaining things.
You feel the initial impact pain much the same way you’d feel a shot to the kidneys. But moments after the impact trauma your brain basically flips on every single “check engine light” it has access to, that’s why so many people describe nausea and somebody else said jaw pain. Your entire central nervous system rings alarm bells because your brain is like “hey something just happened that REALLY shouldn’t ever fucking happen again and I need to make sure you’re fully aware of that fact.”
It’s sort of its own thing. It hurts a lot real sharp to start with. Then aches bad. And makes you wanna throw up. And that’s wired. There’s. Nothing I have ever experienced that I can tell you to do that is similar.
It’s a very strong, dull pain that resonates through you. It’s so strong that all those depictions of men falling to the floor is completely accurate. There’s nothing you can do but hope and pray that by squirming on the ground that it’ll go away
Even as a woman you kinda have a chance of experiencing it a bit. With luck (not sure if good or bad), you can ask someone to push/hit your navel quickly/sharply. If it feels like you’d puke, you’re one of the “lucky”(?) ones that have still some ducting attached from when you were just a parasite.
It’s like feeling sick and nauseous inside your balls and stomach. I’ve not been kidney punched but I imagine it’s similar due to both being organs that hurt.
It’s fucking horrible to get a fat punch to your testicles. The penis on the other hand can handle alot.
Do you guys remember that James Bond movie Casino Royale in which Daniel Craig was tied naked to a chair with his sac hanging down and his torturer would swing the weighted rope at his nuts?
Apparently, childbirth pain is unlike anything else, notoriously intense. For context, I don’t know a single man who’s been kicked in the nuts and then, a couple of years later, decided he’d like to do it again.
Similar to getting a good punch in the gut. But it sticks around for a while longer. Depends how hard the kick is I suppose. A hard enough kick will drop someone regardless of where it lands.
I think people tend to forget… The testicles are literally an organ.
Imagine someone kicking you directly on the kidneys, your lungs, etc…
Let me put it like this… I’ve had two herniated discs in my lower back. The pain I’ve had from getting kicked in the balls, felt similar to the pain I had from my spinal cord being compressed like stepped on spaghetti.
Think about how it would feel to have your uterus incredibly painfully squeezed with no chance of ending the pain but just sitting there and taking it. I broke and dislocated my elbow once that resulted in having 3 metal pins put in place to hold it together and I’m honestly not sure which pain I’d rather have.
It’s an intense, crippling pain that radiates up the pelvis and into the abdomen. The pain itself is like a deep searing, and even a light touch to the testicles after is painful for a while.
It feels like a immense jolt emanating from your pelvic region throughout your upper legs and lower abdomen. The couple of times it’s happened to me, I would hesitate to even describe it as painful because my brain was so abruptly overloaded that I couldn’t really process it.
After a minute or so is when the pain actually sets in, then it feels like the worst stomachache of your life, only in your nuts. And you also feel super nauseated.

Pain very bad pain
Imagine someone just squeezing your boobs out of nowhere, except it never is a pleasant surprise
I’ve been shot and stabbed. I’ll still prefer to get shot or stabbed again over getting kicked in the nuts again🤷♂️
you don’t feel it in your balls, you feel it in your stomach.
You get super bad stomach aches, and it can last for a good while

Jaw pain
Unpleasant
In the UFC people get clobbered and knocked around but, the thing that always gets them down is a shot to the nuts
It’s more painful than giving birth. I’ve done much research and never found a bloke that has wanted to be kicked in the nuts more than once
The most accurate way I’ve seen it described is it’s as if you REALLY need to shit out of your balls, but U cant
It’s a very sharp and instant pain I’d describe it as an electrical current. That runs right up to your heart if it’s a solid shot
Depends on how hard. A proper kick will make you keel over and throw up. All the pain is in the stomach.
It’s like someone grabbed a chunk of you and ripped it out, but you feel it at your belly button. Cried, nearly puked, and didn’t walk right for a month.
It’s like there’s something suffocating in your stomach. Maybe your throat tenses up. It’s the worst feeling, hard to describe
I was kicked in the balls by a cow.
It initially felt like nothing, just the force of being thrown through the air and landing on the ground. There’s actually only one way to find out…
Imagine how the big bang felt
Absolute fear…. Then pain then stomach sickness
Im guessing close to but not as bad as period cramps.
I’d say about 10 times worse than childbirth.
🎣
The worst part is being kicked in the nuts and waiting for it to drop you to your knees
You ever being punched in the stomach really hard to the point that it winds you? Like that, but lower and more intense.
i’d rather not talk about it
It’s bad, not just physical pain that feels like you balls are going to explode but also a kind of hollow sensation that sends a reflex over your body that can make you physically vomit.

Horrible. It’s the one thing you can do to a guy where he’ll be definitely incapable of getting up for plenty minutes at any age
Excruciating
I never got kicked, but when I was just a kid, a soccer ball hit me at match-3 velocity.
25 years later, if someone kicks a ball near me, I have a small but almost unnoticeable reaction.
It hurt.
Edit: grammar is not my friend, neither is English
It’s one of those, it hurts like hell. But it also is the most uncomfortable pain in the world. So bad
Like death. You remember when you were a kid, and you were doing that thing your parents said not to do, and you fell because they warned you. And it hurt.
Now localize that pain in the one place your body has no way to build up muscle to protect it.
That’s what getting kicked in the balls feels like.
Imagine being kicked in the stomach, now make it 50x worse and that’s kind of what a kick in the balls feels like
Really depends how hard you get kicked though

Similar to if your ovaries were dangling outside your body in a nice pouch and someone kicked them

I’d describe like being hit in the solar plexus.
Worse than childbirth
Worse than childbirth
A pain you cannot do anything about but in your lower abdomen. I recently took a volley ball to my vollied balls
it induces a blood curdling murderous rage to systematically annihilate whatever hit them.
It’s sort of its own thing. It hurts a lot real sharp to start with. Then aches bad. And makes you wanna throw up. And that’s wired. There’s. Nothing I have ever experienced that I can tell you to do that is similar.
I was run over by a 4.5 tonne truck. Broke my back, 6 broken ribs and a punctured lung.
Got accidentally kicked in the balls by my 5 yo.
The pain was about the same.
There’s a brief moment when you’re not sure if you got hit and then… WHAM. Yep. Nailed ’em.
It’s like an off switch- kick the balls hard and you’re gonna go down
It’s a very strong, dull pain that resonates through you. It’s so strong that all those depictions of men falling to the floor is completely accurate. There’s nothing you can do but hope and pray that by squirming on the ground that it’ll go away

You ever tried to pass a kidney stone? Like that, but over several hours…
Don’t ask, I also don’t want to find out😵
The end of time.
A graze is worse than a direct hit.
Death.

It feels like that region wants to throw up!
The type of pain you would wanna share to the whole body..
It’s spiritual pain. Your aura feels it.
Take an uncrustable and step on it. Now imagine that as your balls. That’s what it feels like.

A very small hit can hurt enough that you can’t pick up your phone and make this post!
