Half of the year is over and that might feel stressful, but we can all make the most of it. I would love to hear some of the goals you guys have for finishing out the year strong. 💪🏼
What are some goals you have for the rest of the year?

I’m going to hike around the Norfolk coast
I need to lose all this weight I’ve gained over the past three years. I have been lifting well and my numbers keep going up but my weight has stayed the same give or take 10 pounds for five years
Not something that has to happen this year, but my next goals that are in the ballpark are:
I want to run 365 miles, but realistically, I should hit that by late August, so I need to re-adjust for a half marathon to compete in.
I am reading a book on being a girl dad, I need to finish that because this is the hardest thing I have ever done.
My final goal is to sell my SUV or trade it for property and somehow not take a loss on it.
Replace my truck, get back into archery, hopefully get out of the depressive slump I’ve been in the last year or so.
Losing 10-15kg more, already lost 15.
Recently gotten a job offer so my goal is to make it through the year without getting fired.
I’m gonna get out of startup land and find a corporate SaaS gig. Going to continue going to the gym, taking moments for myself, and helping my wife as we prepare for a new addition to our family towards the end of the year.

Enabling Goals are 30miles/50km a week, and 50g of resistant starch per day. This process should result in a weight loss goal of 80lbs and sub 15% body fat
I was nailing things back while I was working OT because I was getting so many steps; but also meal prepping almost all my calories meant I was getting a lot of resistant starch because all the beans and rice I was eating to choke down my chicken, plus my oatmeal brekkie meant my gut was far healthier. Its amazing how not having that job and consequent time crunch changed all my habits.
To finally lose and keep off the weight I’ve out on over the past 4 years, to decide on if, where, and how I would pursue a masters degree, and to find someone that I can partner with to start a business.
Waiting on my house to sell in a couple weeks. Using the profits to pay off all my debt of around 55k once house is sold. I’m going to take the money I’m saving each month on insurance and half my old Mortguage payment (2k combined) and put that straight into investments each month. 500 gold 500 silver and 1000 into the s&p.
After paying off my 33k loan for my pickup truck, I’m going to sell it to my company for 40k and not have any taxable income the rest of 2025. And possibly into 26.
I’ve been in debt since 17 years old, finally getting out, and never going back again.
Complete a professional training/certification program (trying to diversify my skill set a bit).
Finish writing my book (just a for fun activity).
I have two more races in the books so I want to do those and PB.
I also want to do event type thing that isn’t a race, but it is a personal endurance challenge kind of thing.
I know it sounds stupid but not to drink sodas. I am addicted to Coke.
Hopefully going to college in September for an accountant
Saving money to visit my home country after 21 years + loving myself even more then before
Survive
Survival.
Besides the usual “get money up,” “be healthy,” and “continue to do what I love,” I want to love myself more.
Current objective: Survive
Get a job. Get out of debt. Lose 25lbs. Once a month date night with the wife.
I need to get back to running. This injury (unrelated) has really effected my mental health because I can’t work out like I was before. I’m very close
My main goal is to find a new job.
I hate my current job. I deliver to restaurants (think US Foods or Sysco type stuff) but my company sucks and I hate getting up for work in the morning. I just wanna be done with driving so I’m trying to figure out what to do next
