Biggest one is fit, suits need precise tailoring, and unless you’ve bought from that brand before, the sizing can be all over the place. Photos rarely show fabric quality properly either, so what looks sharp on screen can feel cheap in person. Returns are a pain too, especially if alterations void them. A lot of guys just don’t trust online for suits unless it’s made-to-measure or they’ve tried it on in-store first.

For the love of god don’t buy good suits online.
Go to a tailor and get fitted properly.
Getting something that fits is impossible. I have a 46″ chest, 32″ waist and I’m 6’1″
If I could put in the sizes I needed I’d be more likely to buy online
I insulted MI5 and now I have my X account locked. Keep yourself safe.
Well the main problem I face is having nothing to wear a suit to.

Have you tried being short and skinny with short arms to top it off? I’m right at that point where some stores don’t carry my size
