My girlfriend (50f) and I (40M) are separated right now. We may get back together and we may not. It is still kind of up in the air. Is it weird that I still check the ring camera every time I get a notification about movement in the front yard? We were together about 15 years and I own 50 percent of the house she lives in. We decided to make a decision about the house until after we are sure how we want to proceed with the relationship. I am torn between giving her privacy and making sure my investment is safe; although I do acknowledge that the latter is probably just me rationalizing my behavior.
