WI Lottery

My neighbors got away with stealing lottery tickets (scratch offs). He worked for a major oil company at a mini mart. She works for the state lottery. Lottery boxes were delivered to their house and were stored in their garage.

He was always going thru those boxes when she wasn’t home. I went to the mini mart and was told by 2 employees that he was fired for stealing lottery tickets. They did not press charges because his wife would have been fired also. I asked him myself and with no hesitation he yelled at me saying he was never convicted. I said back you were never prosecuted.

I was told later that after a few months at the mini mart doing inventory that they discovered thousands of dollars that he cashed in.

The only change now is that no boxes of lottery tickets are being delivered and the state vehicle that she uses must be parked away from the house if she isn’t at home at night.

Many of us that bought lottery tickets feel cheated because he was cashing in the winners…we never had a chance. They now come over and tell me every time I’m outside my house that they are going to sue me if I tell anyone.

All this because of the cover-up with a major mini-mart and The WI Lottery. What to do?

Can you walk through in more detail how this harmed you? How did you never have a chance, as a result of him stealing tickets?

Uh, okay. Nobody is going to sue you. Stop talking to these people.
