About a decade ago, I sent a fake foreign transcript to be evaluated to see how bogus these transcription services are.
To my avail, it came back as a full degree completion which I then submitted to a real school to earn my “2nd bachelors degree” by completing a meezly 32 credits.
Over the years, this burden has slowly been eating me alive and I want it gone. Any recommendations on what I can do? I thought about emailing the school in good faith in hopes they would forget the whole thing and let me take the gen Ed courses to complete a real degree, but how realistic would that be? Is this huge mistake salvageable if I come clean? Should I just go to a different school starting from scratch?
I actually ended up liking this school after my 1st semester and tried to get the registrar to retract my transcript and start fresh, but they refused.

Doesnt make,sense how can you feel guilty for years but really like the school after 1st semester? And want to complete gen ed courses?!
