In 2020 I was having weekly conversations with someone my father had known from high school and had been in a relationship with my uncles brother. This person is the sibling of one of the leaders of the armed branches and a top ten overall ranking active duty member. Their relationship is publicly hidden due to security concerns brought by their loud mouth. What I would consider to be highly classified information was dropped on me during these conversations that stemmed from the knowledge they received by their sibling. How serious is revealing this relationship publicly with full proof along, with the information I received. There’s no way a common sense minded individual could look at the source of this information and not understand how serious it is. I have only reasons to believe it was fully truthful after the last 5 years.
Information was received in location: bowling green Kentucky
Currently reside in Denver Co.

To an inspector general or the FBI or local law enforcement? Serious for the people involved. But no need for whistleblower protection.
To the Wall Street Journal? That would be a bit interesting but the WSJ lawyers would presumably manage things pretty reasonably.
On X? I’d be nervous about putting information I new to be “highly classified” on X.
Edit to add: What is it that makes you believe this is righteous information and not the rantings of a schizophrenic?
