[TOMT] [sitcom] [80s to 00s] episode starts with a guy sitting on a couch, and he has a haircut like Jim from Treasure Planet

I remember seeing a bit of this late one night on an old family VHS recording, and for whatever reason the memory of it is hitting me again out of nowhere. Unfortunately, I don’t have much to offer in the way of details, but I’ll try my luck all the same:

• The time range is based on the look of the cameras (I don’t know a more technical term). Like, it looked like it was filmed with the same cameras as Golden Girls or Full House.

• It opens on a dark-haired guy with a haircut I can best describe as “Jim Hawkins from Treasure Planet, but more symmetrical and minus the rat tail”

• He’s sitting on a couch, and I think he’s cutting some fruit. He makes some comment starting like “When I get married I’m never…” and we get a laugh track.

• It then cuts to a woman he’s talking to. I recall her being blonde, standing, and eating something white (yogurt, ice cream, whipped cream, etc)

• The woman says something starting like “You won’t need to, she’ll just…” and we get another laugh track.

And… that’s unfortunately it. I don’t remember what exactly was said, or many details of the room, or much after that scene. I’m sorry it’s not much, but any suggestions would be appreciated
