My husband has cloned my phone, please help!

This has been going on for 3 years now and I’m so over it! We have also been seperated for 3 years and it has been more than one phone. I’ve had to change emails, passwords, and phones numerous times. At first, he was telling me everything he was doing and it was all going in one ear and out the other because we live in a small town and he’s just an old redneck so, I didn’t pay much attention. Then, one night he looked me dead in my eyes and told me that I was going to jail and that he would have our daughter (who doesn’t want much to do with him). Something about the way he said that flipped a switch inside of my brain. I went home and racked my brain about all the things he had said and done and then I freaked out. I began changing my passwords and he would change them to something else. I was watching this happen with my own eyes. Then, I watched photos delete right infront of my eyes. Screenshots that I had taken for evidence, gone. My watch would say that he was calling me but my phone wouldn’t ring. My watch was always getting crazy alerts and calls that weren’t coming thru to my phone. When these crazy things would happen, my dumb ass was asking him about it, and little did I know this was teaching him where he was going wrong and how to up his game. He was always asking me stupid questions like who was my internet carrier, what was the name of my work computer, he told me that he knew about things that airdrop and bluetooth had nothing on. I took his phone one day and he had it set up under a bogus name and I found chats that were some kind of sex rooms that he was making it look like me being in there doing craziness. He had my facebook connected to his. I had to make a new facebook, heck I had to make a new everything. Also, when it all first started I think he initially connected to my device because my daughter took her tablet with her to his house and it was connected to my account. Anyway, I felt sorry for him because he didn’t have a phone so I took him a junk phone I had bought my daughter. Totally connected to me! He told me that phone got stolen so I took him another junk phone! 🤣 I was so stupid! Anyway, I’m sure now that he was actually using all these devices, doing illegal things on my accounts, making it look like I was a terrible person. I got a DVO on him, then I got a warrent for cyber harassement & stalking. Numerous times I told the sherriff in my town. I called the state police post in the next town over and I contacted the feds. No one would believe me or do anything to help me because I didn’t have hard core proof to lay down infront of them. I got a lawyer and a cyber detective from my very small backwoods hometown. Turns out, the cyber detective working for my lawyer was a man that my husband had become friends with previously while doing court ordered community service and the cyber guy was doing community service thru the halfway house he was staying at because he had been in prison for hacking government systems!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I know, I know, truth is stranger than fiction they say! Idk if the cyber guy was part of anything (I feel like he had to be). Everytime I went to talk to him he was so nervous he could barely sign his name for shaking and he did absolutley nothing for my case! He told me he needed an extra $500 to buy a device that he could come scan my house with to check for any recording devices or air tags, etc. He did NOTHING! Came to my house 1 1/2 years later and did some kind of scan on my internet that told him no one else was using my http address (that I had already changed & upgraded) and it was a free scan that anyone could use. He said nothing was happening and closed my case. Finally, I went no contact with my husband for a while, then I let my daughter call him one day from my new iphone, so stupid, I’ve read that all they need is your phone number.🤷🏽‍♀️ So, my iphone started acting stupid. Battery dying fast, getting hot, my friend would tell me she wouldn’t get my messages until the next day and I wouldn’t get her messages till the next day sometimes. One time I got a text telling me that my husbands grandaughters had a dental appointment. I called them and told them that my number (a new number he shouldn’t have had) did not need to be on their account to remove it. Not 5 minutes later (they called him and talked to him about it while confirming the appt.) My phone recieved 5 duplicate messages of the original from the dentist office who had just removed my # from their account. That told me he probably had numerous devices cloned to my phone and he just disconnected them all. I mean, he knows all my info so he could get access to anything of mine technically. I filed for divorce, kept doing what my lawyer told me, a year passed and nothing had been done on my divorce and custody case so it was dismissed!!! Can you believe that? I’d never heard of that. A few months later I recieved divorce papers from him! 🤣 Geez! Now, its all happening again. Im using an old device (that does craziness now) cause I lost my newest phone & I’m out of work so no way to get a new phone or new lawyer. An the only man on this planet that didnt think I was a nut and was trying to help me was my father and he died last year. I am just scared that my husband is trying to set me up again. Sometimes, I hear something beeping in my car that sounds like it is coming from my driver side door (this has been recent). The warrent I got on him for cyber harrasment went to court, the DA kept calling me back in a side room alone to discuss the case, I kept saying I did not want to dismiss any of it but my anxiety was thru the roof and I was alone so the last time he asked me he said well lets charge him with stalking and let the rest go. HE did not say lets dismiss the rest, “let the rest go”, I was so overwhelmed that I agreed and by the time I realized it was too late, they wouldn’t change it up cause he was standing in front of the judge. If anyone knows of anything at all that may help me I would be forever greatful. It gets hard to live this way sometimes. Also, I believe he may have been getting into both of my childrens accounts. PS he is a covert narc.
