If you want to make the move you’ll just have to follow through with making your intentions clear. Just text her something like
“hey I was really hoping to take you out for drinks tomorrow evening if you’re up for it, and we could dress up a bit or something”
then just hang out like normal and in time make some comment towards something physical that you like about her
if she starts blushing and responding well you basically just need to escalate. “would you like to go back to my place,” “is this okay,” if you start touching ask her it it’s okay when you touch in certain places vs others. respect boundaries. Women are just as into sex as men they just don’t talk about it all the time
