I went to family court mediation a few weeks ago and we came to an agreement for slowly building up his time to see his child. We agreed to him having a supervised sleepover and now he’s changing that completely without my consent. Is that violating a mediated agreement even though we didn’t sign any documents? The mediator put it on the record. I didn’t know if I could pull back that supervised visitation and ask for another mediation session prior to our settlement conference date.
