We broke up on the 16th. It was already garbage day, so I tossed his clothes in the trash and left it at that. The next day he texted me saying to return it. Then today he asked for it again, this time with another message from his friend. I haven’t responded and I don’t intend to. We’re both minors but he’s turning 18 later this year, while I’m 16.
If I go on to block him, which I probably will, can I get sued or can he take me to court?

So, to clarify, he had property, and you didn’t return that property to him.
You instead threw it out?
What was the value of his items?
Is that exactly what happened?
If the value is under $500 I highly doubt it. Just to do a small claims will run about $100-$200 and then he will have to go through the hassle of providing evidence that you have his items and the value of them. Too much time involved to sue someone over some old clothes.
Breaking up with someone doesn’t automatically mean you need to be “enemies” … Don’t throw away other peoples’ belongings. …. and no, he can’t sue you for $60 lol and even if he did who cares it’s $60
