Should I submit things?

Location: OH. I am a union worker. While I was laid off, I did a few one or two day jobs. I made sure to report this income to unemployment when I received it. Apparently I forgot about one check from a one day job a few months ago. I included it in my estimated weekly income but forgot to add the employer on the list. A few weeks ago I received a notice that I “failed to report employment”. I initially filed an appeal because it said I was employed by (X) company starting (Y) day, but I was working for (Z) company at that time and I stated this.

The appeal was denied. I then realized I worked one day for (X) company after contacting (X) company, and filed another appeal. I now have a telephone hearing to address this matter.

My question is this- I am able to submit evidence/ exhibits relevant to my case. I considered submitting a copy of the email confirming one day of employment as well as a copy of the check. Is it worth it to do this? Is there something else I should be submitting?
