Me 21/M her 21/F my girlfriend doesn’t have time for anything except her job

So we recently just met, we’re in a 2 and a half months relationship, and my girlfriend doesn’t have time to make priceless moments in couple, she is a Barman in the center of the city and she is working like 15+ hours, from 18:00 and she comes home like 6-7 in the morning, just to sleep until 15:00 and then all over again, she has only one day free which she needs to go to cleaning at 16:00, when we met i was unemployed and i used to make time for her, but now i’m going on a job 9-17, 8 hours with free weekends, she doesn’t have time for nothing, not only me, not to do her hair, nails, lashes, nothing, just that damn job that she is affraid to leave, and btw she is on a 500€ a month, i asked her why don’t you quit for more time, 2 free days and bigger salary? She said because she liked it there and is affraid of the change, What do i do in this situation with me now working a very normal schedule, we can’t sleep together, we can’t eat together, we can’t hang out together, that damn job and one free day which she sleeps anyway until like 19:00 and we got like what 4 hours for us in one week, i make efforts to see her, i go to her club and stay there with her after work, i take her to work when i’m free, but i want some time out together with her

TL;DR: my girlfriend is all in a job where she is not paid good and works too much, doesn’t have time for her, doesn’t have time for people, for me and she’s always tired
