Probate for my mother’s estate has been ongoing for over three years now.
The timeline is as follows
Mom dies July 2022. Attorney contracted within 48/hrs to handle estate/probate.
In June 2024 we received an email from the attorneys assistant saying they had a court
meeting to finalize her estate that day.
They’ve been saying that they’re sending out the paperwork that needs to be signed to finalize everything. It’s been months.
He was paid in full.
What do we do?
