My father lives in Massachusetts on the fourth floor of a condo. His HOA has been contacted several times for over a year but both door buzzers do not let people in. His health has also rapidly deteriorated. I want to get groceries delivered but if he can’t buzz them in he won’t make it down to the first floor to get them as they sit outside. Is an HOA legally obligated here, do I have any legal recourse here?

Does the buzzer work for other residents? If so, get someone to look at his switch. I’m also wondering about being sneaky and trying to fix it at the front door.
