Hi all — I (28M) recently came across this idea because of the women’s “Tea” app, and I’m curious what others think.
I made something called BroCode, a free web app for men to anonymously share and check reports (both red and green flags) about women they’re thinking of dating.
Have you heard of Tea? It’s an app for women that lets them see if a guy has a bad history before dating him. It’s gotten huge, and some women use it just to talk bad about guys. So I wondered — why don’t guys have anything similar?
BroCode is just launching, so it’s early and doesn’t have much data yet, but the idea is to keep guys safer while dating and help each other out anonymously.
Do you think something like that is needed? Or is it just overkill?

TL;DR:
Made a free app called BroCode for guys to check red/green flags about women before dating. Do you think men even need something like that?

it sounds like too much work for men. men are usually going to be physically bigger and stronger than women, and are also statistically more likely to be aggressive/violent. while i’m sure many women go overboard, there exists a much stronger base need for women to physically protect themselves before going on a date with a new person who none of their social circle knows, for the first time.
This is not a place to shill your app.
