Im getting sued, not the driver. Location: tempe az

Location: Tempe, Arizona

If you look at my profile, you’ll see an accident that I was involved in.
I still have yet to fully recover.

And the passenger of the driver who hit me, had the bright idea to sue ME instead of the driver at fault…

Im in AZ, and if ANYONE can help me with legal advice, id greatly appreciate it.

It’ll be 2 years since I got hit on the 25th of this month.

The plea deal for the person at fault (7.5 years in prison, no parole) was rejected and he wants to go to trial.

I havent gotten a single penny from anyone, because I didn’t have full coverage, and HE didn’t have ANY insurance.

my lawyers are saying they’re 1st trying to get all my medical bills waived (over 3 million) before they get me any $$$….

So, I just need help with both defending myself from the passenger, and trying to get any financial aid and squeeze what I can from that guy …

Cause he’s drastically changed my life, Im on long term disability, but that’s only enough to cover rent + bills, and if in lucky, ill have 100$ for the whole month…
Im terrified on the road, literal PTSD…
Ive tried killing myself due to the depression and hopelessness I’ve felt…
Been through countless surgeries and therapy to try and get as best as I can, and my visits have officially ran out…
And my insurance company didn’t pay for the vehicle, nor did the at fault driver’s (again, cause he didn’t have any), and the credit union i got the loan from went to collections cause I cant pay…
And because of the my credit is FUCKED…
Which adds to my stress because I wanna get married, but im worried my credit and stuff will negatively affect my fiancĂ©… (wife ofc after we get married)

AND the DMV wants me to pay 500+ dollar fee for “abandoned vehicle” like …. im sorry i couldn’t move my DEMOLISHED motorcycle out of the road because I nearly DIED on my way to the hospital with broken EVERYTHING (both arms, hands and legs, pelvis, spine, spirit)
….
So yeah, im in desperate need of help to make sure justice is rightfully served.
