But I can’t stop overthinking and stressing feels like it’s leaving me depressed I was prescribed lexapro 20mg I took them for about a month they’ve worked but didn’t want to get hooked on medication because I never been on it. Any other suggestions I know a lot of you will say go to a gym but I started to go to the gym for about a week and then stopped like I can’t never stay consistent any other suggestions or home workouts I can do to feel better? Really just want to get over this situation and it haven’t been easy

Look up calisthenics.
Keep it simple, while you are trying to stay consistent. Turn on a show you like and do Push ups, sit ups, Squats
Do some simple stretches as well. Once youve done this for 2 weeks consistently (3-4x a week) look up variations of the same exercises youve been doing to mix it up to alleviate any boredom you may be feeling.
Do that for 2 weeks and then research more variations.
Walk outside every possible day that you can and as often as you want (so after every meal if you want it helps with bloating).
This is a very simple plan, but as you build and do the research of different variations, you will most likely ask other questions like “I really want to work on my shoulders what exercise’s can I do at home to help with that?” or “My calves are sore after I walk, what stretches or shoes can I get to help with this?”
You will gain knowledge slowly but surely and it will fit to your level of interest at the time. No one even the best athletes start off knowing all. It takes time, so take yours to heal and refocus. You got this.
