My plan was Mondays I do a run , Tuesday ai have pe so just some weights and light work out , same Wednesday for same reason. , Thursday do a bit more since no pe but closer to Saturday, Friday a little bit working out since it’s Saturday the next day , Saturday do local running comp , Sunday mild working out . But then just kept being lazy
So I’m just gonna try to as much as possible maybe try make a routine but mainyl just gonna do a decent amount of working out

Plans sometimes have to change when the time comes, don’t beat yourself up about it.
Setting goals that are too hard can be de-motivating, if that is the case here, set smaller goals (as it seems you are already doing) and see how that goes. Often it’s very good to maintain flexibility in your planning, even to cope with times when you just want to relax instead of constantly working hard to achieve something!

yeah, it’s way better to start with something you can actually stick to instead of a plan that wears you out. as long as you’re doing something regularly, you’re making progress.
