Hey guys, I 25 F and my bf 25 M. We’ve been in a long-distance relationship for 1.5 years. Lately, I’ve been feeling really distant from him, and I don’t feel the same connection anymore.
Two months ago, he came to visit me, and during that time ,and for a few days after we felt connected again. But after that, the distance came back. Now, we barely talk. We only have a quick call once a week for 2–3 minutes.
To be honest, I’ve also started feeling a bit of infatuation towards a coworker, and that’s making me even more confused.
I’m really confused and don’t know what to do…
TL;DR:
25F in a 2.5-year relationship with 25M, long-distance for 1.5 years. Lately feeling emotionally disconnected from my boyfriend, barely talk anymore. Recently developed a small crush on a coworker, and now I’m even more confused. Not sure what to do.

Long distance is hard and it’s natural for you to be craving more. Maybe you’re not seeing a future and that’s why you’re finding yourself detaching from him.
Have you guys had any talks or plans about closing the gap?
You don’t have a relationship with someone you never see and never spend time with. Long distance relationships only work when there was already a prior in person connection and when the distance is only for a short term with a set deadline when you can be together again.
Break up with him and stay single instead of jumping into another inappropriate relationship with your coworker.
