[TOMT][SONG][early 2010s] rock/pop song from 2009-2012 about a girl, possibly Joanie?

I’ve been thinking about this song for years, but haven’t been able to track it down. I remember hearing it on the Sirius XM station The Spectrum back around 2009-2012 I believe. It was played constantly, and I remember it even being one of their most played songs around that time. I remember my dad remarking how they just kept playing this song over and over.

The song was a light pop rock song about a girl, and I believe her name was Joanie, or Jodie, or something like that. That also may be the title. It was a love song, and pretty flirty and cute. I remember a line about her being in the shower, and he rhymed it with “flowers.”

I believe the artist just went by his name, and I feel like his name was Eric, or something similar.

I’m fairly certain the artist is a one-hit wonder, or at least they never played any other songs by him to my knowledge.

I’ve tried searching through databases of Sirius XM playlists from back then, but I couldn’t find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
