[TOMT] Song about a ghost in a mansion

Can’t really remember much else about it, but I think the singer kind of sounded like Alec Benjamin (but 90% sure it’s not him). It’s like a ghost talking to a person that wandered into their mansion and I think the person becomes a ghost at the end? For some reason I’m imagining a motorcycle crash, I don’t know. I remember at the end there being something about the pictures on their walls being replaced, or maybe the ghost from earlier took the person’s place, I’m really not quite sure.
