[TOMT] Documentary about man who cannot gain weight?

It could have been one of those shows where are multiple people with weird disorders. It was spoken in english. There was this man who had somekinda disorder that made it so he was really big in torso but his legs and arms were skinny. Maybe something to do about mucsle loss too, i cannot remember. He was riding a bicycle very often? Maybe it was he could not lose weight and it all went to his midsection and he had this crazy restrictive diet because of it? He did not look fat tho, it was real condition that was horrible. Can anybody remember this, maybe 10-15 years ago on tv, maybe british or american documentary, maybe just one episode of some show?
