Would this create obvious legal issues for the children?

If an elderly person informed her children that she will, at some future time, choose to end her life and her children take no action to prevent that, would they face any legal problems?

Would your answer change if she calls them and tells them she will be leaving them now and will see them on the other side?

Assume that she doesn’t have a terminal illness but is simply ready to move on to whatever is ahead.

Please don’t assume that I am the elderly person and am in crisis… neither of those things is true.

Thanks for your thoughts.

    And no again.
