I’m really frustrated and need help. I purchased a gift card from Amazon, redeemed it into my account, and shortly after, the balance was revoked (zeroed out).
I’ve contacted Amazon support at least 10 times. Each time, they say the issue is being escalated to a “specialist” team, but I never get any real response or resolution.
I even emailed [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) hoping for executive assistance. Still, no concrete reply or action.
Has anyone dealt with this before? What can I do now? It feels like they are ignoring my case entirely.
I have all the evidence, screenshots, and timestamps. I’m open to suggestions or escalation routes.

It might have originally been paid from credit card fraud.
