Found a video of my coworker doing inappropriate things to mine and my coworkers workboots. What do I do

I was scrolling online other day and found a video. Video was of a guy playing with our workboots after hours. It was very clear that was where I worked. The videos were of a guy jizzing into our work boots and sniffing them and literally playing with his dick in them I’m just astounded. I have no words. Someone is using mine and coworkers workboots as their sexual toy. What do I do. What kind of charges do you think he’d face? I haven’t reported it yet idk what to do. He has many videos posted online of him doing it to many boots every week there’s a new video. They have only fans and making money off this. Ive never seen this in my life. This is next level. They are using this and has thousands of followers on their account. And it all makes sense to me when boots randomly go missing. We have temp workers come and sometimes leave their boots behind for many many months. Then one day they are gone and the videos I see show them! He takes them! And uses them sexually. The videos don’t show face unfortunately and he covers his face and wears out uniform with patches covered. We can’t tell who it is as we have hundreds of workers on the team. We are a big operation. Is this like some fetish or something. What is going on in his mind to do this weird shit. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I’m also leaving soon so I could care less but still. How can police find him if there’s rarely any identifiers in video. It’s literally their dick and the boot. He’s wearing gloves to cover his hands as well

For context: I am from Germany, I work in a s security officer. Our locker room we all keep boots outside and store it in change room. Obviously we can’t put camera in change room I don’t know what to do
