I live in a tropical country so if I’m not lazy or there’s a reason I shouldn’t/don’t have to, I wash my hair everyday. Max days without me washing my hair is two days.
Every day. The whole “you can only wash your hair a certain amount of times per week” is a myth. My hair always looks and feels best washing every single day 🙂
1-2 & my hair is much healthier than it was when I washed it every day (I also did not have money for good shampoo when i washed every day so that could have been a factor)
Generally I do one full shampoo and conditioner, and then an additional conditioner only wash. But sometimes it’ll be two shampoos if I have multiple things I need to look nice for.
Every two days. More than that if I’m doing work outside. But otherwise every two days. I have a very sedentary job in air conditioning so I could probably do every 3 days, but I personally don’t like going longer than 2 days, even if it means I’m probably drying my hair and scalp out. :/ my hair used to be super oily as a teen but now in my late 20s it’s surprising dry and occasionally brittle.
Once or twice a week. Until recently it was every day or second day, then upon advice from a hairstylist I get nearly a week out of it now from double shampooing and using a shampoo brush. And yes, it was instant improvement – “training” your hair is complete bs
Usually every other day. If I have a sweaty workout, have an event/outing, or just feel my hair looks icky I’ll wash it sooner, but generally it’s every other day.
At least seven, given that I shower every day. Occasionally more if it’s really hot in the summer and I’m sweaty, or there’s some other reason I feel a bit dirty.
Every second day. And have had to do that for most of my life because otherwise it gets oily and looks terrible (plus i like smelling like shampoo!)— except when I was pregnant!! My hair stayed weirdly clean and pretty for 4 to 5 days 🤣 wild hormones.
I’m a baker and sometimes saute cook in a seafood restaurant. I’ll shower and wash my hair every day that I feel stinky, between 3-5 times a week. I tried to get away with not washing my hair and just my body one time after a saute shift and had to get back in and scrub. Salmon and oysters will linger if not scrubbed with soap.

1-2
2-3 times a week
2-3, in summer 5
Twice
Once a week, I have very long curly hair. I need at least 4h to fully wash, untangle and then kinda dry it
When it’s long, 1-2 times. Currently have a short pixie, every day.
2-3
Every day. I work out daily.
Every time I shower with water. Like once a week with shampoo or if i put product in it.
Once lol. I color my hair with vivids often, so I try to preserve the color as much as possible and use lots of dry shampoo 😌
Once usually, twice if it’s been particularly humid or rainy.

1-2
Every day. I have a very oily scalp and live in a hot place, so I also sweat a lot.
Twice a week.
Usually just once, but maybe twice if it’s particularly hot or I’ve done something that makes it dirtier than normal
Almost every day for me.
Every time I shower, which is daily. Sweat, skin, oils and odor all build up daily. I don’t want that in my clean bed where I rest.
3-4, about every other day

2ish
3-4, usually Mon Wed Fri work days and probably 1 time on the weekend.
I’d like to have a better hair routine so I could wash less. Like wash day, style day, braid day.
2-3 times a week, sometimes more depending on what I have going on and how gross my hair gets
3-4 bc I work out regularly

Every other day
Everyday. I cannot get into bed without showering
One! I workout so I’m sure it’s sweaty in there, but I don’t have the hours of the day to wash. And washing causes so much hair to fall out anyway

I have thick, curly hair, so I have to wash it at most once a week or else it turns to straw.
Every day. It’s very short and fine.
Once – I have curly hair prone to dryness.
Every other day or every two days.
Once every two weeks. Or once every 2 months if in braids.

Everyday but I shampoo only 2-3× per week.
2 times in winter.
3 times in summer.
3 times because I work out 3 times a week. Maybe 4.
Twice a week.
Every day when I shower. I have thin, fine hair, and it’s completely unmanagable if I dont wash it.
Once, twice at a push
1-2 times. Mine gets really oily in about 3 days. Gets more bearable when tied up tho. When I’m too lazy, I just use dry shampoo
