Had an interview with a slaes VP today. I managed to make it to the last stage of the job interview but My nose started bleeding before. I popped on the interview trying to hide it but he cought me. He let me keep wiping the blood off my face but let me continue the interview till the end. Am I fucked?

It definitely shows that you want the job.
It’s not a great impression, but you never know. I wouldn’t hold it against a candidate.
If I were interviewing you, I would not let that deter me. You made it and showed follow-through despite a challenge.
I would probably have asked you if you wanted to reschedule for later and made a point to make time for you after your crisis. But what I would have seen was someone who knew they had an issue and pushed through anyway. Shows drive and the effort to honor your commitment.
No… I do not think you are fucked. At least I would HOPE the person interviewing you would understand it the way I think I do.
I also say that knowing about spontaneous nose-bleeds. I get them a couple of times a year. I can just be talking to someone and bang… red waterfall. So I do get it.
I think its rad
Not at all. If he let you continue, that means he saw your effort and professionalism despite the situation. Just follow up with a thank-you email and explain briefly. You’re good.
That’s badass
I wish you well. It wasn’t your fault. If I were the interviewer, I would not take it against you since it was beyond your control. Good luck on the interview, and wish you all the best in the results! Fighting!
Did he give you a tissue, or just let you keep smearing blood everywhere, because that would be hilarious.
I think showing up despite being mid-nosebleed shows your dedication and that you care. If they find a nosebleed unprofessional then you probably don’t want to work for them anyways. Good luck and I hope it goes well!
These are people just like you and I. You should have told them “I just got a nose bleed but I handled it and am ready to proceed.”
You cannot control a nose bleed, I would not hold that against you.
Very Fight Club of you.
I think if someone continues an interview despite the fact that you are leaking body fluids copiously that’s kind of a good sign? I mean, they clearly want to talk to you.
I will tell u you definitely stood out lol and its not bad at all
You’re unforgettable now. If anything it just helped you stand out, plus that’s pretty cool. lol. Good luck, hope you get the job!
