Hi! I’m just hoping to find some home remedies for a sore throat. Because honestly that’s all it is — a sore throat that’s more than likely related to allergies. So hit me with your best home remedies please! (I’m desperate please drop a remedy 😭)

For a sore throat, my home remedy is warm milk with honey. It might not help objectively but, taken in small sips, it calms your throat for a while.

Warm fluids, honey, avoid dry and cold air (common during the summer when people have their fans and AC turned up)
