I noticed that you can’t really offend a man when you want to. Most insults men use are targeted to women like mother, sister, wife, or at people whose behavior is associated with being feminine like being a gay man (a bottom to be exact, because its very manly to do men when you are topping). There is no bigger insult to a man than to call him a woman. And also even most insulting word are associated with women: s word, b word, w word, c word, f word etc.
The only word I can think of is di ck, but men rarely use this to INSULT another man, they will say something about his mother instead. And I hear other insults far more often than di ck.
And also insulting women as a joke is so normalized it’s insane, like “your mama” “”jokes”” or “what did you do yesterday? Your wife” type of shit, disgusting.
What are your thoughts on this? I personally don’t say those words and I don’t want to. I’m deeply disappointed but not surprised about this stuff

Trust me, I insult men just fine without ever targeting women. Pro level.
You’re on the right track, at any rate. It’s not specifically that all insults for men are functionally female-gendered, it’s that insults frequently involve comparing the insultee to some undesirable group.
Could be a term for a mentally disabled group or a physically disabled group, or a socially undesirable group… like women for gross patriarchal reasons.
Yup like son of a b. I call men straight b as a result. They get the same insults we do
There are a lot of insults like this, certainly, but that doesn’t preclude the existence of insults that go the other way.
“Wank stain” is a favorite of mine, and wank-related insults in general.
Outside of that, there’s all kinds of things you can call dudes that have nothing to do with gender, and on the surface don’t seem like they should be insulting, but it’s about inflection and force. “Absolute muppet” is great. When dealing with someone who is very devout, “bastard” works really well.
