DAE see or has ever seen trails in their vision??? I think it’s called illusory palinopsia or smth like that still – and if so, has anything helped you to get rid of them?

I started seeing visual trails/tracers and prolonged afterimages in april of last year. It’s not drug induced as I’ve never taken psychedelic or hallucinogenic drugs before – it just seemed to start happening. I was wondering if anyone else here can relate or has been able to relate to this before and since then has been able to resolve this annoying phenomenon?
