My ex is a local music promoter, recently came out from several minors that he offered them substances and invited them back to his hotel on multiple different occasions.
While there’s no messages there’s several statements from these minors because it was in person exchanges. He also had threatened a stroke survivor online too. People started talking about it online and for some reason he started name dropping me, so I came out and started posting about him talking to these minors. It got a lot of online attraction, He lost several hundred followers and lost his shows he books, along with his collaborations with several music venues.
He CC’d me in an email with a financial lawyer for some reason with just screenshots he sent to this lawyer of posts I made, and the subject of the email was “(his name here) ceace letter”
Cease not even being spelt correctly.
I had responded promptly
“This is not a proper cease and desist letter, along with the lawyer in CC’d in this is a financial lawyer.
Until there is proper documents being filed towards me please no longer contact me as you are blocked now on every other platform.
Further contact should only be directly from your lawyer. “
I never put out any of his personal information on my part that could doxx him, or cause harm, I just posted information I know and statements I got from the minors. Can this be used in court? What is my next route. I don’t have an official letter yet just a application for one?
