Most (informational) websites for a specific company won’t have ads and advertising companies are a small percentage those companies.
So I’d argue that a significantly larger percentage of websites that don’t have ads aren’t for ad companies.

Many websites today are overloaded with ads, pop-ups, auto-play videos, and sponsored content that make browsing frustrating. It’s often a side effect of how sites make money without charging users directly.
