I.e. my experience for example is that from as long as I could remember I would sleep through LITERALLY anything. I dont show signs for sleep apnea. Im 25 now and luckily in a job that it hasn’t caused much issues, but the goto answer from all doctors is “no screen time an hour before bed.” “No eating an hour before bed” “try melatonin.”

How important is it to block natural light from coming into my room early in the morning? I have a big window and my rollers don’t fully block light from the sides.
I have a problem that no matter how late I go to sleep, I end up waking up at 6/630 am. It is frustrating because my usual bedtime is around 12 AM every night so I never get a full 8 hours, which makes me feel super tired. Not sure if this is related to the question above but worth mentioning as it happens during winter too when the sun does not rise until later. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you!
