So me and my boyfriend of all most 4 years have broke up. The break up consisted of him having a manic episode due to me finding out that he stole money from me. According to him it wasn’t malicious since he didn’t use it yet and he did to mess with my psyche. Yes, he literally said he did it to mess with my mind and see how I would act. Despite all the cursing, intimidation and yelling he did towards me I remained calm. He insisted that I could take anything I got him and didn’t care so I did just that. Now evidently according to him I need to do right by him and give his things bad. Now back story of the relationship is he is a serial manipulative cheater. He’s also stole from me before and used me throughout the relationship. He didn’t have a job or stability for serval months at a time throughout the relationship. But me being the good woman I am I told him I got him and whatever he needed. So anything he wants he got and I stayed through his infidelity’s . Yes I know I should’ve been left and I’m stupid for doing such things. But my question is am I wrong for taking my things I bought which consisted of a gaming console, shoes, clothes, smell good and etc. or should I go about my life and not give him anything. Side note during the manic episode he repeatedly stated how much he hated me and how I cause so much pain and suffering to his life…. But yet I did everything to help him become a better person??
