My situation is basically a fallout turning sour the moment I got kicked off and blocked.
The person said they’ll not use my drawing/art anymore and proceeded to put it 1 on 1 into an AI and I’m not too sure if he let someone copy the work too later on (not only mine as the newer stuff he posted was also off the style of another person that did stuff for him)
Either way, I did sent cease and desists to him over email and had to write to Facebook, Insta and TikTok so far to get my content taken off of his pages (Insta deleted everything, fb still needs proof for two things and TT hasn’t done any so far)
What are my rights and what do I have to do against the blatant use and stolen art? Can I even do anything?
