If anyone knows any good ways to start helping myself to get better (Bipolar, Maladaptive Daydreamer), please comment. I have no clue where to begin and everything seems extremely overwhelming and confusing, I’m trying to get help process but I don’t know how long that’s going to take and want to start right now

    Try to find the roots of your existence, they may have a lot of answers for you. Find your purpose in life, its a long process but thats where the meat and potatoes come from
