Location: Grand Canyon road 64
Hi. I had a near accident today while driving on a two-lane road seperated by one solid yellow center line.
Each lane was driving really fast (around 75mph) and suddenly a white BMW coming from an opposite side crossed the center line and tried to pass another vehicle.
It was a close call and I twisted my lower back badly while swerving.
I am currently riding a rental car from AVIS and not sure how I can check the car cam-or even If there is one.
Could I still report this driver without knowing the license plate number?
