Am I allowed to keep my pants up during a U.S. military drug test? Where I’m stationed at guys are told to adjust their uniforms at the urinal, meaning shirt gets held high and pants/underwear get pushed down to around knee level while being watched.

Observer reads out a procedure before testing begins and tells guys that once in the UA restroom shirt up, garments down.

No, you do what the observer says.

That’s not allowed as assholes developed a habit of buying clean urine, sneaking it into the test room and then delivering the clean sample to avoid being caught. The price of that is now nobody is allowed basic privacy.

This is why dick heads who abuse the basic trust within systems should be punished socially and legally, our society doesn’t work if there are too many people abusing the trust.

You are government property. You will do what you are told. That’s what you agreed to.

Must be a lot of testing on newbies lately as this is at least the second time this identical question has been asked in as many weeks.

You joined the military, you are property. Why in the hell would you put yourself in that situation if you are sensitive about these types of issues?
