Amazon is refusing to pay me holiday even though the policy says I should be paid(reviewed by on site HR)

EDIT: the issue has been resolved after several calls. Pretty much my site was combining shifts to make it to where I dont get paid Holiday OT(all shifts are to be separated for flex workers). I was told to tell my site that all flex shifts should be separated in order to get the proper pay.
Location: Idaho
I’m a flex worker and we have to pick up shifts in intervals of the day. 1 shift could be 7:30am-11am, 2nd 11:30am-3pm, and 3rd 3:30pm-6pm. Thats pretty much how flex works. In other words, every shift is separate. I’ve worked most holidays doing this and have gotten the pay but now they aren’t paying me.
Anyways I had picked up a July 3rd(10:30pm-2am) shift and july 4th(2:30am-5am & 7:30am-11am). The shift they are refusing to pay Holiday OT is the 2:30am-5am shift(not much but who wants to work holidays).
Policy states that because my 10:30pm-2am shift started on the 3rd I wouldn’t get the pay(which I already knew) but because the 2:30am-5am shift starts on the 4th I should be getting holiday. I called Amazon and they straight up refuse to pay that shift.
How should I go about this?

Which do you want more The money or the job. Anything you do from a legal aspect of getting that money will result in your employment ending

What is the reason they are saying they aren’t paying the holiday pay for the 4th? Even if it’s an absurd reason I’m sure they are saying why they think it wouldn’t apply.
