Gross but I asked a GP and a gastroenterologist doctor about it and they said fine but it makes me feel sick and I have a lot.
It’s clear so not green yellow infection signals but anyone else have this as soon as they wake up and start their day?

Yep, but I’m pretty sure it’s because of my kids.
Yep. I also get it often after I’m done eating.
Haven’t coughed up stuff in the morning with any sort of regularity since a month or two after I quit smoking at 40.
Perhaps it’s due to a mild allergy reaction? Do you have a cat/dog that sleeps on the bed? Have a strong scented laundry for the pillows or maybe something in the pillows themselves you notice?
Drinking more water might help. I keep some by the bed and have a sip if I wake up during the night.
In morning? It’s all day with the pollen in the south.
You can see a yellow haze as you look over the valley.
Hope it gets better for you!
You smoke at all?
My advice: get a good air filter for your bedroom. Check for mold, and keep things clean and dusted. It might help. It could also be allergies if it’s not something that happens year round.
Happens to me when the seasons change.
Yep hate to say it but i do every morning. Got to be from dry mouth or something.
Suggest you get an appointment with the ear, nose and throat doctor.
This happens to me, then I go drink a big glass of water and it pretty much stops. It’s weird, but I’ve been drinking more water and it seems like my allergies aren’t as bad or not really happening too. Had a doctor tell me about rebound congestion that happens when you take Sudafed and stuff and it dries you out so your body starts compensating and making more congestion. Wish I had known sooner.
My husband does this daily, yes. He’s had nose issues most of his life though, so it is pretty much expected.
Post-nasal drip from the night. I have the same thing every morning.
When I smoked and vaped yea but since I’ve quit I’ve been eating healthy working out and drinking a lot of water no.
We have to start taking care of ourselves. I still have fun 1-2 days a week but for the most part I live more regimented and although I feel I’m missing out on some pleasures/fun I feel so much better physically and mentally
Could be post-nasal drip or even mild acid reflux, especially if you eat late at night. I cut back on late snacks and it actually helped a bit
Happens in Fall for me, allergies really kick in then.
