Hello everyone, I want to apply for a LEO position in a town I live near in July. I do not have Military or Security experience and I do not have a degree. I went for my degree about 12 years ago dropped out after two terms due to life with young kids getting in the way and here I am at 36 and time sure flew by. I have worked Retail for the past decade and I do at least have the benefit that my deescalation skills are pretty good from that experience.
What are the odds of being accepted with no relevant experience?
