No. I fell off about 2 years ago (225-230, 11-12% bf at 6’1”), although I am still in better shape than the majority of men and my peers. I am regularly going to the gym and have cleaned up my diet better. Ive began receiving random compliments from middle aged women, so I know I am successfully progressing lol.

Next stop, compliments from the big girls. After that.. the bros!

I couldn’t give a fuck about my health, because I wouldn’t be close to the physique I want if I did. I’ll never be happy with my size however because I have nuclear bigorexia.

No. I’ve started weighing out my food and going to the gym to work out again. It’s hard with an office job where I sit down 8 to 9 hours a day. If I want to prep for interviews that’s even more time sitting down outside of work hours. You don’t burn a lot of calories that way.

I’m 48. Fair dad bod. Picked up working at UPS again. In 5 weeks I’ve lost like 6 lbs and my core is feeling super strong. By the end of this summer I’ll be absolutely shredded. From a heaviest weight of 283 before I started caring for myself in 2016 I’ll probably end up around 170 something. If my cardiovascular health wasn’t on par I wouldn’t be able to do this work. Muscles are catching up with the effort at least. I’ve seen 20 year olds quit trying this job

No, but I’m also not doing much to improve it either. I’m not drinking as much, but that’s about it

I am not happy with it. I can do much better. My downfall is soda. In about a month I will be cutting a lot of things out and making it my main focus

Ehh….I’m 50 and in the best shape of my life but I could drop 15lbs and be killing it. So I guess I’m satisfied, but wouldn’t mind tightening up a touch.

I do resistance training 3-5 times a week, walk at least a couple miles a day and eat cleanish. That’s it.

Health, yes. Physique, no but I won’t get in shape either. I don’t see any good reason for me to do so.

There is always room for improvement

Im 28. Quite fit especially once compared to myself a few years ago. I walk after dinner. Workout 3-4 times a week. Take sauna. I look younger than I am. I have lost so many inches in body size but the weight is the same because i changed my diet to be free of table sugar and started eating more protein rich meals such as fish, chicken and peanut butter etc.

Just a few months ago i bought some tshirts which were fit but now are loose at my belly.

The days I dont workout i make sure to take a longer walk after dinner.

I also feel much more energetic now and social.

Yes. Eat well (no junk, no extra sugar). Walk 5 miles a day plus calisthenics.

I’ve been lifting for a few years and recently took up swimming b/c I realized my cardio isn’t as good as it used to be. I also follow the 80-20 diet, I find it gives me enough flexibility to stay on track while ensuring I’m eating healthy

No – I don’t drink enough water and don’t move enough. Trying to implement a 10k steps goal and generally hydrate more! I also want to quote vaping

No. Nothing, just trying to slow down it’s declining.
