To start off I am below 21 years old M so still not adult yet. Currently in school.
Okay so recently been feeling like my life is meh. Idk what about it but I haven been feeling happy. Maybe theres smt to do with what I am doing everyday? But not really sure.
I wanted to see if anybody here be it teenager or an adult. How do you make urself not feel like sh*t everday?
I feel like is going to be workout / meditation / therapy / sports right?
