I’m a licensed realtor who’s pretty much seen it all in this crazy housing market. From dealing with homes that had surprise “residents” (raccoon family, anyone?) to helping first-time buyers navigate bidding wars that made me question my sanity.
I’ve been in the business for several years now and have helped people through some wild situations – like the time a seller decided to take ALL the kitchen cabinets with them the night before closing (yep, that happened), or when I had to negotiate with a buyer who would only communicate through his pet psychic (I wish I was making this up).
Whether you’re curious about the market right now, wondering if that renovation will actually increase your home’s value, or just want to hear some of the weirdest things I’ve encountered in people’s homes during showings – I’m an open book!
Ask me anything about:
- Navigating this insane housing market (seriously, how are we here again?).
- Prepping your home to sell without burning cash on pointless upgrades.
- Weirdest things I’ve found in homes (spoiler: not all “hidden rooms” are cool).
- Why your Zestimate is probably lying to you.
Or just vent about your nightmare inspection report – I’ve heard it all.

Everyone and their brother knows “this amazing realtor!”
“You’ve got to use him/her, they worked wonders for me!”
Etc etc
You guys seem like a dime a dozen (I know you aren’t!). But in your opinion how would someone know what realtor to go with? Without selling/pitching yourself, what would you tell a first time home buyer that has literally 10 great realtor recommendations from friends or family about navigating who to go with?
What should someone do if they get an offer on the first day of listing a place? Is that an indication that it’s listed too low?
