My aunt threatened to beat my 6 month old standard poodle puppy for having a minor accident in her house (literally was at the front door, and a TINY, amount because he got excited.) Because she had cleaned her floor that morning. And he was scared because he had heard some fire works earlier. But he had gone potty earlier, so I assumed it was all out.
Threatened to beat me and my dog, this is the message “if you bring that dog over here one more time I’m gonna beat your ass as well as his too. I am not fine with a dog peeing on my floor. Floors were done today.”
Yet her dog goes pee in the house if left alone too long. And her dog is 2, cane corso pit mix. I dont get it. He did pee on her couch one time because her dog made him too excited/scared, so he jumped on the couch and had a tiny accident, which i cleaned. I think its over the top, especially when her own dog isn’t potty trained! I’ve been her niece for 18 years, since I am an 18f.

Either you can accept her apology if she decides to give one or block her depending on your relationship with her.
Is it her house? Just don’t bring the dog.
