Being harassed over a factual Google review. Cease & desist given and then shows up at my house. How do I proceed?

I have the owner of a small IT computer company that has been escalating the last few months after a bad interaction regarding my 70-year-old father with dementia. My dad made an appointment with him to “fix” his computer, which did not need to be fixed… I called the IT guy to explain to him the situation and his services would not be needed. He requested to speak to my father on the phone to confirm cancellation and the first appointment was canceled. A few weeks later while I was at work I got a notification saying my father was attempting to change passwords on the bank accounts. This IT tech came to our house while I was at work and assisted my father with changing his bank account passwords and then try to charge him $300 for $150 job that wasn’t needed to begin with. I ended up meeting up with them at the bank because supposedly he insisted to bring my father to the bank to “be a good guy and help him out.” Mind you I have papers that document that my father is not able to make medical and financial decisions for himself due to this cognitive decline. The living trust that is in place has me listed as POA.

He ended up not taking any of the money because he was scared of any legal action taken against him. The next morning, I filed a police report for documentation purposes and was advised to write a Google review about the occurrence. I wrote the Google review and explained everything that happened, all factual and no lies were told. A few weeks later I get a cease and desist from an attorney that is known to give out cease and desist letters that are so extraordinarily wrong that his Google reviews showed that he’s lost a few cases for the exact situation I was in, which is attempting to say what I said was defamation of character and slander. I was advised to ignore the cease and desist which I did.

Roughly 2 months later, the same IT tech shows up at my door, almost crying and gets on his knees with $1000 cash in a hand, offering it to me in exchange for deleting the review. I did not take the money, but I recorded the entire interaction. I told him to leave multiple time and he would not leave.

The next day I went to the same police station and filed prior police report explaining the unwanted interaction. This man has been escalating, and I have been afraid for my safety because I’m not sure how far he will go.

Based on the information given, am I possibly able to get a temporary protection order from him and a harassment charge? I have the police reports, pictures of the Google review and his response to my review, the interaction at my door, the cease and desist paper/ email and a call log showing that I called him to cancel the first appointment due to the fact my dad is cognitively impaired.
