bf 26m and I 19m are having issues

r/

okay so i live with my boyfriend and i have this weird fixation with him watching porn. It eats at me thinking he could be in the bathroom next to me getting off and watching it. He tells me it’s a release for him, like something he uses when he has a bad day or is pissed off (which honestly makes me feel worse because if we get into an argument is he just gonna go watch porn and get off??) i know this is probably just pure insecurity but how do i get over this intense feeling. i feel gross, like im not enough, and just overall feel shitty about myself. we don’t have sex everyday (which is normal and fine) but sometimes he doesn’t even cum when we do. again he said that’s because of his own body issues but fuck i feel like he just doesn’t find me attractive or want to do stuff with me. okay i guess im just asking am i being stupid insecure or is there something i should be worried about. seriously what the fuck do i do here 😅

He could be addicted to porn. At the very least, he seems to have an unhealthy relationship with it.

Here’s the unfortunate thing that you probably don’t wanna hear: when there’s an issue with someone else’s behaviour all you can do is communicate about it. It’s up to them to change.

It sounds a lot like your boyfriend doesn’t view his need for porn as a release as an issue and doesn’t intend to work on it to find healthier ways to cope.

Relationships are supposed to add joy to your life. You’re supposed to feel happy and like you’ve found your teammate who you can rely on.

    Do you feel that way?

You’re being a human mate. We all do this. Just open up and tell him how it makes you feel. And ik this is going sound a bit daft, if he really needs to watch porn why don’t you both do it together, maybe?

The age gap is enough for me to tell you alone to break up with him. That’s yuck. I’m sorry but at 19 your mind space is not the same as a 26 year old, and if it is that’s something to be concerned about.

Older men like younger people because they’re easier to manipulate especially when it comes to sex. He’s not finishing because he’s forming a porn addiction. please leave him why are you living with this man already you’re so young this is the age to live with your friends!!!
